For any new-to-Nipissing students next year, here's a great tip! Print off a campus map from this link, or go to the registrar's office and ask for one.
Next, find all your 'targets,' that is, your classes, offices you need to visit (finance, student affairs etc.), and places to hang out (caf etc.), and highlight them each in a different colour on your map. Then, plan your routes to these rooms from the main entrance by drawing lines in the same colour highligher to the 'target'.
This is what I did my time at Nipissing and it worked wonderfully. You'll also instantly make friends at frosh week because you have a map ;)
